RETURNS
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. Beyond this period, we will not be able to refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It has also to be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. For example, any item that is not in its original form, with damaged or missing parts for reasons that are outside our responsibility.

DELIVERY
To return your product, you must send it by mail to the address: 61 Rue Agadir, 20140 Casablanca, Morocco.
The shipping costs will be at your cost. Also, shipping charges are not refundable.
In case you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from the latter. Depending on your address, the time taken for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. If the item’s price is over $ 75, it is recommended to use a shipping service or shipping insurance. It gives an additional warranty.
